HOW TO USE
◾MORNING
Take one Downsyz Slimming Capsule an hour before breakfast with water. An hour or more after breakfast, take a sachet of Downsyz Slimming Coffee with VERY LITTLE HOT WATER. Do not add any sugar or milk. The coffee is very delicious on its own.
◾AFTERNOON
Take your second capsule of DOWNSYZ with water. You can replace either breakfast or lunch with Dayas Meal Replacement Shake. Blend with fruits for more fullness.
After lunch take your second sachet of Downsyz Slimming Coffee with very little hot water at least an hour later.
◾EVENING
Have your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.

HOW TO USE DOWNSYZ TEAS & DETOX CAPSULES TOGETHER

2. Wait at least an hour before eating breakfast.
3. An hour after breakfast, take 2 Detox Capsules with water.
4. An hour or more after lunch take 2 Detox Capsules with water.
5. Second tea bag can be taken an hour after dinner.
6. Replace one of your meals a day with a sachet of meal replacement diet shake. Blend with fruits for more fullness.
NB
Detox Capsules and Downsyz Teas cause mild diarrhea. You will be using the washroom often but it doesn't come with severe pain. We recommend this for those who want to loose weight but are very bloated and constipated. Not Recommended for People with Stomach Ulcer.
